Agreement
By using this website, joining the waitlist, or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or app.
Operator
These terms are an agreement with SHeCodez LLC, which owns and operates Tanuki Tenki. The company website is shecodez.com.
What Tanuki Tenki is
Tanuki Tenki is a personal gut-health tracker. You log how your day felt using a weather scale. As you keep logging, the app may reveal a hidden ink painting and tanuki visitors.
This website is a pre-launch page. The iOS app is still in development and is not yet available.
Waitlist
If you submit your email, you ask us to notify you when the app launches. We intend to send one launch email. You can ask us to remove your address at any time by writing to hi@tanukitenki.com.
Not medical advice
Tanuki Tenki is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The weather scale is a personal log, not a clinical assessment.
It does not replace a doctor or other qualified professional. If you have a health concern, please seek professional care. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
Your use of the service
You agree to:
- Use the site and app for personal, lawful purposes
- Provide an email address you control if you join the waitlist
- Not disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service
You are responsible for the logs you create on your device.
Intellectual property
The Tanuki Tenki name, mark, website, paintings, copy, and other content belong to SHeCodez LLC or its licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them without permission.
Availability
The app is still being built. Features may change before or after launch. We do not promise that the site or app will always be available, complete, or free of errors.
Disclaimers
The website, waitlist, and app are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tanuki Tenki is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome related to your use of the app.
The waitlist and this website are free. Our total liability for claims about the website or waitlist is limited to zero dollars ($0), except where the law does not allow that limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site or app after an update, you accept the new terms.
